Netcall’s low-code tenant platform

Netcall has launched Tenant Hub, a housing-specific case management framework combined with a self-service tenant portal. Powered by Netcall’s Liberty platform, Tenant Hub uses Liberty Create’s low-code capabilities, with integration to Liberty’s omnichannel contact centre solution.

Unlike traditional CRM systems and other off-the-shelf solutions, Netcall said that its low-code platform works in tandem with housing providers’ existing technology infrastructures in order to minimise data silos and break down the barriers to digitisation. Low code also offers more agility and flexibility by removing the need for complex and time-consuming coding.

Tenant Hub’s case management framework means that tenant cases are raised and logged with an agent almost instantly, with residents receiving automated updates as their case progresses. The Netcall platform presents agents with a single view of each tenant across different channels such as email, web chat and social media, with the ability to prioritise work so that repairs and other tenants’ requests are completed in a timely manner.

Netcall’s low-code platform comes pre-built with many core housing entities such as people, properties, blocks, estates, tenancies and rents. Housing customers also have access to Netcall’s AppShare community so that they can share and reuse housing providers’ low-code housing modules.
