The Chartered Institute of Housing’s consultancy service, ConsultCIH, has unveiled a free web-based recruitment tool. i-Talent allows housing providers to manage the complete recruitment process, from the decision to fill a vacancy through to making the appointment with a full online application process and candidate tracking.
The new system is based on based on Recruit v5 from Abacus e-Media which is partnering with ConsultCIH. The system is free to use and will be supported by the ConsultCIH team.
Gary Clark, operations director, Roseberry Housing Association, said, “This is an exciting new approach to recruitment. Not only will i-Talent make our recruitment processes more efficient but it is also free. We are looking forward to using this system and testing it in the new environment.”
