Orchard Information Systems has announced new contract wins across the UK at Blackpool Coastal Housing, Eastlands Homes, Southern Housing Group and Yorkshire Housing.
As an existing Orchard Housing customer, Southern Housing Group has worked in partnership with Orchard over the past few months to develop and implement the new Feedback Manager module which lets tenants raise complaints and deliver compliments about an organisation’s service delivery, tied in with management reporting and consistent information delivery.
Service charges & customer knowledge
Blackpool Coastal Housing has completed a six-month implementation of Orchard Housing and, with the addition of Orchard’s Service Charge module, is now receiving service charges. Yorkshire Housing is also now using the same module.
Finally, Eastlands Homes is now using Orchard’s Customer Knowledge tool to record data relating to equality and diversity primarily but also for other customer profiling data.
